• Finding Shell Company Owners: traces Seattle building ownership from shell companies to parent companies by combining data from two publicly available databases.
• Modelling CO2 Emissions from Seattle Buildings: models CO2 emissions from large buildings in Seattle under the proposed Building Emissions Performance Standards policy. Includes models for the original policy proposal and suggested ammendments.
